In this episode of Paranormal Nightshift, we hear from T.J., a correctional officer in Alabama, who shares his terrifying paranormal encounter while working the night shift in a maximum security prison. T.J. recounts how he was assigned to babysit a group of sick and injured inmates in the medical wing, including one particularly cold-hearted and dangerous criminal who had been in prison for over 50 years.

One night, T.J. heard the inmate screaming in his cell and rushed to investigate. He found the inmate cowering in the corner, crying and screaming that something was coming for him. T.J. assumed the inmate was playing some sort of game, but he couldn't shake the feeling that something was truly bothering the man.

Throughout the night, the inmate continued to cry and scream, and T.J. realized that something was truly wrong. Around 3:00 AM, the inmate asked T.J. to pray with him, saying that it was the only way to get "them" to go away. T.J. reluctantly agreed, and after the prayer, the inmate was able to calm down and sleep for the rest of the night.

However, the next morning, T.J. discovered that the inmate had died, with a look of pure terror on his face. T.J. says that he will never forget the look in the inmate's eyes and the look on his face of pure and utter terror. He believes that whatever the inmate had done in his past had finally come and collected its toll.

This episode of Paranormal Nightshift is a chilling reminder that even the toughest and most hardened people can be overcome with fear, especially when it comes to the paranormal. T.J.'s story is a cautionary tale, reminding us that we should never take our safety for granted, even in the most mundane of places.
