Highlights from our investigation at The Scowcroft Mansion in Ogden, Utah.

"The Scowcroft Mansion has loomed large in the neighborhood just outside of downtown Ogden, Utah since 1910. Originally built as a residence for the Scowcroft family, it was later sold to the Malan family, who used it as a mortuary for just under a decade.

From there, it was sold to a private entity who split the building into 9 apartments. The mansion slowly decayed over the 50+ years it was used as apartments, until Paul Stockdale stepped in to buy, and restore, the mansion.

Since then, the mansion has been a bright spot on Monroe Boulevard in downtown Ogden. It serves as a beautiful reminder of the city's past glory. Oh, and there's definitely still former residents lurking around..."
