The University of Vermont has ten recorded locations of paranormal activity. I'd encourage paranormal investigators to come and see for themselves!
I can personally vouch for the haunting in Grasse Mount-- I don't know what the hell caused the activity in that place but it's absolutely frequented by some sort of bizarre energy disturbance. Even though, after hours, only the basement is used, the upstairs sounds like it's being used as a dance hall 24/7, with water running, doors opening and closing, footsteps and everything else under the sun.

Also, the Spear Street farm is definitely creepy too, although I was never there at night to see any real paranormal activity, the woods to one side of it are like something out of a horror movie.
