Floating objects, cigarette smells, jingling coins and early morning footsteps is just everyday occurrence in this Invercargill cafe.
Often alone baking in the early hours, Nichol’s Garden Cafe owner Rebecca Stevenson said she had come to terms with sharing her cafe with “Fred”, thought to be Frederick Augustus Price bought the Lynwood Homestead in 1914.
Mark, from Haunted Auckland / Paranormal NZ, whilst travelling around the west coast of the South Island, decided to stop in for a chat with the owner about their unusual resident.
