Chillingham Castle is a 13th century stronghold in Northumberland, built by Edward I to defend England against Scottish raiders. But it's now most famous for having some of the highest levels of paranormal activity in the country, with a large collection of spectres and apparitions spotted by terrified visitors over the years.
