Zak Bagans, Aaron Goodwin, Billy Tolley, and Jay Wasley investigate St. Anne's Retreat in Logan, Utah. With the help of a psychic, the crew is led to a swimming pool on the property, where they experience intense paranormal activity. While in the empty swimming pool, Zak calls out to the dark forces on the property, which elicits evidence of an unknown force on their thermal camera. Strange musical sounds in the woods then lead them toward the main cabin where they see a pair of red eyes in the distance. Inside the cabin, Jay is tormented by a spirit.

Paranormal investigators Zak Bagans and Aaron Goodwin, along with A/V techs Billy Tolley and Jay Wasley, travel to haunted destinations where they meet with eyewitnesses and experts to piece together the haunted history of each site. They then begin a dusk-to-dawn lockdown investigation, using the latest technology to confront the reported paranormal activity and document key evidence in an effort to uncover the truth behind each haunting mystery.
