A loud bang, sounding similar to metal being struck. The only metal in the room is a 24inch roof joist, roof tie bars and brackets and a 6-inch air conditioning main.

All possible impact areas were acoustically tested on the 31st July 2020 by Tony Hayes during an investigation in the building.

The frequency from the captured footage is noted below.
Three recorders were used during the July tests, an Olympus which was positioned next to Camera 1 (within six inches) and a Roland R26 positioned in the centre of the building.

Some 160 samples were recorded and analysed. There is one test sample which is similar to the suspect capture of the 11th December. Certainly, the volumes of both samples are the same, which suggests the sound was within 15/20 feet of Camera 1.

The suspect item is a 6-inch metal pipe which doesn't appear to be doing anything, you can see the end of the pipe with no blanking plate. I called this sound sample 'broken pipe, metal' when describing the item I was testing for sound frequency in July, which can be heard on the recording.
The frequency between 700 and 100Hz on both samples show a similar frequency spike. The other high-end frequency (right side frequency) is missing from the suspect audio.

Throughout the July sound tests, all samples show resonance, a natural byproduct of sound bouncing off walls and ceilings and returning. Why this resonance is missing from the audio which is suspected of having a paranormal explanation is baffling.
