While the owner was in his office with his son, a sound is heard. Attempts are made to find a rational reason. Despite not being able to find a cause the frequency spectrum indicates a large spectrum of frequencies which expected when an item falls or similar, therefore given the difference in frequencies I suggest a rational explanation is a likely cause for the sound.
