We came across this town on our way to another location and met with the care taker.
He informed us of a brief history and gave us permission to walk through. He's quite old and stays in a small trailer just out side the area . We had spoken once before about this place with him we did not go in at that time although he was allowing it at the time, I was eager to meet up with Fernley Nevada Paranormal Investigation, 12 miles into Pioche Nevada. We came back with food ( cans of soup and crackers) gave it to the care taker and did a quick walk in to check out this old Chiness Kitchen and Flop House. We caught 1 Evp That sounds alot like a female saying "Martha".
It was a cold night and beginig to snow, we didn"t want to disturb the caretaker for long so we made for a quick walk-about and here is the video of of moment there.
As we were leaving we could see the old caretaker and his friendly cat/buddy cuddled up in the corner of the little couch with blankets, watching TV with his solar powered 12 volt system, and eating soup and crackers...we will be back
