For centuries Shamans stood on top of Cave Rock which not only has one of the best views of Lake Tahoe but also your best shot for seeing anything paranormal. The myths that surround this rock range from thunderbirds to ghost all the way to lake monsters like Tessie. The tribe called these smaller lake monsters water babies which may have been infant plesiosaurs which were said to have gone extinct but its possible they may not have. If you pay attention to the video you will also see petroglyphs I did not mention it but I did film them as I moved closer to the edge. As you can see this is a really breathtaking ancient site not allot of room to film up here or move around. A fall at 367' could be deadly so I had to be very cautious while making this video.
