OLD LAVACA COUNTY JAIL
The Haunted Lavaca County Jail in Hallettsville, TX has a long tragic history of death. Built in 1885, not only were prisoners frequently executed at the jail, multiple lives were lost as result of suicides and natural disasters. The jail was opened until 2005, making it the second longest operating jail in Texas history, and throughout the years staff reported multiple entities of prisoners and staff haunting the hallways. Earlier this year, I was invited by Concho Valley Paranormal to see if we could capture real paranormal activity on video.
