Many of you know my work as a Paranormal investigator, but I am also a White Light Reiki Master and practitioner of the Crystal Singing Bowls. I have a real passion for the crystal singing bowls and now sharing some of my sessions with people from around the world. This video is a shortened version of the ones I do at the Reiki Hands Of Hope holistic office in Old Bridge, NJ.

With each session, before I begin I like to set group. For this video, the group (everybody from around the world) intention is for Love. As I play the bowls, our intention is to really open up the heart chakra and out pour our love. This is not necessarily romantic love, though if you are looking for that, that should be your intent. But we can focus on love of ourselves as well as love of family and friends. Love of what we do, where we go. Let every step you take in the world leave an imprint of love to share with everyone who steps where you stepped!

Even though the focus of playing is on the heart chakra, all other chakras are worked on by the other bowls and gong as well, so you might get activation elsewhere too.

The worst that should come out of any session is that you should be totally relaxed and free from stress. Other things might happen and that is fine, that is what was meant for you. Be a witness, don't think, just feel! Sit sit or lie back and relax!
