Many of you know my work as a Paranormal investigator, but I am also a White Light Reiki Master and practitioner of the Crystal Singing Bowls. I have a real passion for the crystal singing bowls and now going to record sessions to share with people around the world. The same type of sessions I do at the Reiki Hands Of Hope holistic office in Old Bridge, NJ.

With each session, before I begin I like to set group and personal intentions. For this video, the group (everybody from around the world) intention is for Focus and Clarity. We all at one point or another have decisions to make or questions to answer and the intent is to help you find right the one for you! A personal intention is something you set for yourself, always remembering to keep that intention positive.

The worst that should come out of any session is that you should be totally relaxed and free from stress. Other things might happen and that is fine, that is what was meant for you. Be a witness, don't force anything to happen. Just sit or lie back and relax!
