This truly is the gravy of Grimes Point roughly 150 Basalt Rocks marked with grinding holes and petroglyphs. Some of the rock art dates back to 5000 B.C. and although it is faded some of they can still be seen today. This petroglyph site is one of the most accessible sites in the country and it is one of the top notch rock art sites in the nation. We want you to enjoy this tour as I walk amongst the Basalt boulders revealing some of this ancient art work which was constructed by the native leaders prior to their hunts.
