The boy fell on the floor and was injured, and his roommates asked him what happened. He said someone pushed him and hurt his arm. He went to stay at another housekeeper's house but later returned and threatened his roommates. They decided to leave and asked for compensation for their damage. The landlord denied any wrongdoing. The next morning, the boy's condition was seen by a doctor recommended by a neighbor.

The speaker's father fell off the roof and became paralyzed, and his mother and wife took care of him until he passed away. The mother saw many black shadows and knew that her father had been affected by spirits. The landlord's father illegally occupied abandoned land and built a house there, but no one can stay there except for the landlord's mother and son-in-law. The landlord claims to have a special reason for renting the house, which everyone is curious about.

The landlord claims that several families had stayed in the house before without any problems, but believes that there is something in the house that determines who can stay there. He asked if a bachelor could stay there but ultimately asked the current tenants to look for another place due to his fear of the house's problems. The landlord left his wife and daughters at his father-in-law's house due to fear, but the nanny refused to leave as it was her husband's home.

The story begins with Shahin and his roommates moving into a new house as tenants. They face some unusual occurrences such as sounds of footsteps and objects moving, which are initially attributed to the newness of the place. However, these events escalate, and the roommates seek help from an imam who advises them to pray and recite Milad. Later, the imam reveals that the house was built on land where injustice was committed, and the residents were afraid to pass through the area. One night, one of the roommates is awakened by a scream and loud banging sounds. They discover that two of their roommates have been attacked, and the imam hints at a quick escape plan. The story ends with the revelation that the land was previously a residence for Jwineders, and the current imam has no connection to them.
