The Visual Paranormal investigators begin a series of investigations into the locations used by alleged serial killer Andre Rand. Rand was a part time orderly at the Willowbrook State School and was implicated in the abduction of seven developmentally challenged children. The whereabouts of the most of the missing children have never been discovered. One child was eventually found in a shallow grave on the Willowbrook property by Rand's makeshift campsite. Rand was also known to frequent the tunnels and buildings of the decaying New York City Farm Colony a onetime poor farm for the city of New York. In an attempt to bring closure to the poor souls that fell victim to Andre Rand the Visual Paranormal investigators attempt to make contact with the spirits of both the former poor farm and the children abducted by Andre Rand. In future investigations the Visual Paranormal investigators will continue their search for possible answers as to where these children might have been buried. Throughout the night the investigators capture clear e.v.p.'s and relevant responses on the Spirit Box. The sound of unexplained footsteps and the giggling of a child make this a very chilling investigation. The Visual Paranormal investigators are : Edward Connors, Steve Galante, Helen Ayres and Mary Jo Galante
