Hi all. I hope you are all well, and looking after yourselves.

This is an unboxing of the NCM Milano 26 inch in White. This is the E-Bike I decided on, after many months of searching for a bike that ticked all the boxes of the things that I wanted/needed.

The specs I was mainly looking at was, it had to be something that I would be able to do a long bike tour, (as getting something that would only go as far as 20-50km on 1 charge, wasn't really powerful enough for me), had to be White and 26 inch Wheel, LCD display and one of the most important things, it had to have an USB slot.

I had a list of about 6 bikes, which my top 3 were the Eskute Wayfarer, the Himiway and the NCM Milano (the one I have now).

Unfortunately, there was a problem with the bike after it was built up, but ... After taking the bike to the shop, where they had a look at it, they asked if I had some time, which I did, so they sent me up to their workshop, and contacted them to let them know, I was on my way. The problem that my bike had, should never of happened. They sorted out the problem, and found a couple of others, and also gave my bike a complete inspection, all on the same day.

This particular day, was walking the bike to the train, walking it to the shop, then taking it on the underground, then walking it to the workshop. Lots of walking with it, but no cycling.

After all that walking, I was able to cycle home, which was my 1st ride on the bike, and I do have to say, I was like a kid in a candy shop. It was the high I should of had on the first day of building the bike up, not day 3 (the 2nd day was raining).

I really cannot fault their service in the shop in Munich or at their workshop. Even learnt a few things about the bike too, which I never would of learnt. Even the staff I emailed with at their head office in Hanover, were fantastic. So if you ever see this Leon Cycle, thank you very much !!
