Maiden’s Bower is a small, round, flat-topped mound on a natural sand hill on the south side of Flass Vale just on the outskirts of the city of Durham dating to the Bronze age

This is a walking tour, description and history of this largely ignored Grade II listed mound - I've left the EVP section out of this part but may upload it in the future when it has been re-worked for clarity
