ORION ITC Talker is an experimental phonetic ITC device built by Hultay Paranormal.

Details:

ANALOG-BASED RANDOMNESS: Every ORION ITC Talker employs non-deterministic analog-based random sweeping methods.

PHONEMES & ALLOPHONES: No radio, no speech chip, no audio files, no words.
ORION ITC Talker uses only English phonemes & allophones (building blocks of speech).

MANUAL OR RANDOM: Manual sweep with the dial as you would on a traditional ghost box. Random sweep selects a main pitch plus a random interval between pitch changes.

RANDOM MAIN PITCH: Upon starting each session, a random main pitch is selected. ORION ITC Talker needs a constant main pitch in order to randomly sweep through the phonemes & allophones.

RESET MAIN PITCH: Press the “Reset Main Pitch” button in order to have ORION ITC Talker retrieve a new random main pitch during your session. Note: Upon reset & startup, there will be a 10 second fixed speed implemented to improve stability.
