Clubzero Ghost Group investigate Congleton Town Hall based in Cheshire.

Congleton Town Hall has had a very varied history which started in the 15th century
as a half timbered building featuring a court room and lock up which was a predecessor
to a modern police station.
The town hall was rebuilt in 1804 and expanded as a gift from Edmund Antrobus, 1st Baronet
in 1823 adding a market hall and assembly room.
As this second incarnation of the hall became inadequate it was rebuilt in 1864 by Mr Burkitt of Wolverhampton in Neo Gothic style and officially opened in July 1866.
