Paranormal video! Are the scary ghost stories of Woman Hollering Creek real? We investigate the haunted trail to catch the creepy spirit on tape! There are several versions of this story, but most involve a ghostly woman heard weeping at night for her lost children, drowned or otherwise killed and thrown into a river. This is similar to the "La Llorona" legend from Mexico. Among the tales is of a pioneer family living near its banks is attacked by Indians. Seeing her husband killed brutally, a mother drowns her children in the creek to "save" them from a still more painful fate. When the attackers find the only surviving member of the family, she frightens them off with her maddened screaming. From then on, she wanders the creek banks, sobbing and crying. (A nicer story says a farm wife in the vicinity was known for the carrying power of her voice when she would "holler" her family home for meals.) Will paranormal activities be captured in this investigation? Watch and find out!
