This dark land along the James River was the site of a gruesome murder, associated with the Colonial Parkway Murders. The team at Virginia Paranormal Investigations initially visited here during an episode of "Paranormal Shakedown" nearly seven years ago. They described the area as feeling very heavy with an overwhelming evil presence. A few years ago, Jeff, Linda, Emily, and Will ventured deeper into Ragged Island but were deterred by a strong sense of negativity. Now, they've decided to return and see what lurks in the darkness of Ragged Island.
