Just trying to promote exercise and healthy eating through basketball. Their are eleven really great games in this segment and team scrimmage. Also a full court game something we have not done in months so its an honor to share it with all of you. I managed to capture all the games however one cam battery ran out which cut short one of the match-ups.

I have to say play was aggressive and more ferocious. I attribute to the fact that as time passes our team is more driven to win an succeed. So we had a few injuries my nose got busted bled out on the floor. The light early on is very difficult to see the ball as the sun sets so we may have to switch courts in the future. Despite the few minor injuries we had I seen unity everyone subbed once, welcomed Buddy to our practice, passing was more prevalent and games were super competitively close. I watched the footage multiple times where were lacking at and will get it right no less I think we look good out there on the court!

The practice will be topped off with a small post game report and some good eats. Again I try to promote good health and inspire others as most of you know I pay through my pain so I have to eat good in order for me to go out on that court in order to produce some solid game-play.

Its great seeing the players coming out scrimmaging even though this pandemic and working hard. Still the team needs to work on synergy meaning using the entire court to pass and moving the ball around the circle. As you can see I set my players up from the circle and we produce. Production only comes from team work not heroes therefore if you move the ball the big plays you need to win come often and that is how you win in the very competitive Carson League we belong too!

So we have games of two on two, three on three and even four on four! Bigger games, amazing talent and we are upping the ante as the PHANTOMS sports team an organization continues to grow.

Some of us need sports for our own sanity but perhaps its because it brings others together. New friends, great competition and building this team so that in the future we are able to build off of that. Its not about winning or losing but it is about community so what were doing here is wholesome so kudos to all the players who are on our roster and are sticking with it! I have enjoyed watching our players grow and those that are starting to rise to the occasion.
