This is a story about a couple that explored Seven Gables Road . Seven Gables Road is in Dansville, #Michigan. (25 miles east of Lansing)It is said to be among the most haunted locations in Michigan.

According to lore, there is a red rusty gate at one end of Seven Gables Road and just beyond that gate lived a woman who practiced #witchcraft. A group of marauders came to un-alive her her by trapping her in her house and burning it to the ground.

Before they succeeded she cursed the land and anyone who enters it.
After her home burned to the ground , a family rebuilt on the land. The father of this family went crazy and killed each member of his family by hanging them from each of the seven gables of his home and then followed that up with hanging himself from the tree.

Thousands of people have come to Seven Gables Road to explore it and a lot of people claim that when they are in the dark they feel the fog swallow them right up, they feel nauseous. As lore continues, if you hear the witch scream and you are the last to get through the gate then you will die in three days. That's IF you get out. Some do and some don't.
