On our way down to Mount Gambier Gaol, Kag and Ali stopped to visit the Kangaroo Inn Ruins. Built in 1860, it was used extensively by bullockies and the mail coach drivers passing through. It was also rumoured online to be haunted due to a murder committed there. Not finding any reference to this elsewhere, and since we had the equipment in the back of the car, how could we not stop for a quick play with the ghost box out of curiosity? Was what we had come through 'ghosts' or just random radio, who knows. But it was wonderful to be able to look around this piece of history, stretch our legs and take photos :)
