The Phantoms are back after a few setbacks this past month and I am glad we all had the opportunity to finally get together as a team put in a hardworking practice. This reel includes five games the first one is 21 which was just to warmup personally myself I felt like a corpse knee is still swollen but it is starting to do better. We were lucky we got to play on the MAC's floors that just got done they are glistening as if they are brand new!

The second and third games are two on two up to eleven playing with 1's and 2's. The fourth and fifth games are four on four up to fifteen also playing with 1's and 2's. So the games last for awhile the third game went into quadruple OT just back and forth that was my strongest game because I responded with some really tight three pointers. But you can see on both sides of the spectrum all of us were hungry and out to win!

The final game we killed it the ball movement by all of us was quite impeccable while the forth game we lost by a basket and really I attribute to the fact that all of us had not played or practiced for awhile. Nonetheless their is quite a bit of solid hooping here its as if any of us lost a step to be honest. Sure a little rust but by the end of the reel were playing hot like a well oiled machine!

With that being said practices will resume on Tuesdays for anyone who wants to ball or join our team for some scrimmaging. Were always down to play, compete and get others involved even for fun. My guys worked hard this last practice really proud of some of the things I was seeing good stuff and some really close solid half court games. Even with my injured knee I made some real critical key shots including the OT game winner so everyone got to bask a little in the spotlight during this practice on a 100 degree hot August night at the MAC!

At the end of the video ill show you some healthy eats which include buttery crisp ribeye, red mashed potatoes with a garlic knot. If your going to exercise or stay fit you have to also eat good it just goes with it all if you want to be healthier and more productive on the court.
