Welcome to part 2 in this series with James and Martie Garcia at the Lotz House in Franklin, Tennessee.
We begin our night long investigation in the house. Covering the upstairs area which includes 3 rooms, and open hallway area in the dark.
EVP’s, disembodied voices, and an anomalous manifestation captured.

We will continue where we left off on Part 3. There is more on the way from our time at the Lotz House and my channel keeps growing with explorations into the supernatural in some of the most haunted places in the US. So, make sure you subscribe.

Since the house opened to the public in 2008, the staff, volunteers and visitors have experienced many unexplainable sightings, and paranormal activity in the house.

At the center of the gruesome Battle of Franklin, the Lotz House witnessed untold bloodshed. The traumatic past and the unexplained phenomena seen by many of its visitors led the home to be dubbed the “Second-Most Terrifying Place in America” by the Travel Channel. These strange happenings include a woman crying out for a loved one, a little girl staring out the window and house items mysteriously being moved to different areas.
