RAKE-like cryptid sighting in Lebanon Ohio

On March 5, 2020 a friend of the family was driving South on st rt 48 headed towards Maineville. At approximately 10:30pm he noticed a commotion at the small bridge over Turtle Creek. Three other cars were stopped and several people on foot with flashlights. All of a sudden from the left jumps up a 7ft tall pinkish-brown, hairless creature with green reflective eyes, no mouth or ears. It crouched in the middle of the street appearing very frightened then suddenly grabbed the metal rail and threw itself into the thicket below. At least seven witnesses had seen the creature.
Since my initial report several other people have come forward with the same type of encounter in close proximity.
